Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development, a strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure web solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Work with APIs, databases, and cloud services to build seamless integrations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
• Experience with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of headless CMS and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and mentorship skills to support junior developers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,320.74 - ₹22,000.00 per month
