Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer (Full Stack) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and NodeJS, and a passion for building scalable and high-performance web applications. This position involves leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications
- Lead the development process from requirement gathering to deployment
- Optimize existing projects for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and team members
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Enforce coding standards and development best practices
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong experience in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, and NodeJS
- Proficient in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and JS object model
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and Web Services
- Familiarity with ES6+ features and modern JavaScript standards
- Experience with JWT or similar authentication/authorization systems
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js or NestJS
- Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL – MongoDB, MySQL)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years in full stack web development
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is mandatory
- Master’s Degree (MCA, M.Tech) is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,929.90 - ₹30,339.06 per month
