Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Deep understanding of Workday HCM & Financials, data mapping, and integrations
- Improve business processes and address operational/technical risks
- Create documentation: user stories, UAT plans, process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers
- Support UAT and system upgrades
- Work on ServiceNow CMDB modules
- 8+ years as Business Analyst in healthcare domain
- 3 to 5 years in Workday HCM & Financials
- 1 to 2 years with ServiceNow (CMDB, HR, PPM)
- SQL & Excel proficiency
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- GitLab CI/CD exposure
- Financial data analysis experience
- Project management skills
- Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or relevant field
- Workday/BA certifications preferred
