Job Title: Senior IT Executive ( Male)
Salary: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹4.2 LPA.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Executive to oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions. The role involves leading IT operations, ensuring system reliability, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to align IT strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management
• Maintain, monitor, and upgrade servers, networks, and security systems.
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster management protocols are in place.
• Implement system performance monitoring and optimization.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Handle escalated technical issues from IT support team.
• Ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, ERP, and networking systems.
• Provide guidance and training to IT team members.
• Security & Compliance
• Implement cybersecurity measures, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, audits, and data protection regulations.
• Monitor unauthorized access and maintain system security protocols.
• Vendor & Asset Management
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and IT service contracts.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies/tools to optimize IT operations.
• Project & Team Management
• Lead IT-related projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across departments.
• Mentor and guide junior IT executives and support staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), cloud technologies, and ERP systems.
• Expertise in firewalls, VPN, cybersecurity practices, and backup solutions.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, support, and administration.
• Professional certifications like CCNA, MCSE, Azure, AWS, ITIL will be an advanta

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
