Role Overview:
We are seeking a Servicely Analyst to support HR and Payroll transformation initiatives by configuring and optimizing service management solutions and collaborating with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Servicely HR & Payroll modules

Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions

Support transformation projects, enhancements, and deployments

Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution
-
Assist with testing, documentation, and user training
-
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process standardization
Required Skills
-
Experience with Servicely or similar service management platforms

Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes

System configuration, analysis, and support experience

Knowledge of implementation/transformation projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

Good communication and documentation skills
