Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Test Lead with a strong background in Selenium-based test automation and hands-on experience testing Salesforce (SFDC) applications. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and custom modules.
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Kochi, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and related frameworks.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure full coverage and traceability of requirements.
- Define test plans, test cases, and test data strategies for both functional and regression testing.
- Establish and maintain test automation frameworks and drive CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
- Perform impact analysis and risk assessments for release readiness.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers on SFDC testing best practices and automation strategy.
- Participate in defect triage and ensure timely resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹2,809,975.35 per year
