Overview
Future Talent:Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer (Talent Community – India)
The Opportunity
We are always looking for exceptional Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) and DevOps Engineers across India to help us build resilient, highly available, cloud-ready platforms that power mission‑critical systems. While we have a number of roles open with very specific requirements, this dedicated SRE/DevOps Talent Community allows us to connect and engage with strong engineers early.
By joining our engineering community, you'll gain access to insights into our cloud architecture, engineering culture, reliability practices, and events—and be among the first to move directly into advanced interview stages when a matching role opens.
What You’ll Do (When You Join Us)
Architect & Build
Design, implement, and optimize reliable, scalable infrastructure and cloud environments using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, IaC, and automation frameworks.
Build resilient distributed systems, high‑throughput pipelines, observability frameworks, and automated operational tooling.
Optimize & Enhance
Improve system performance, reliability, and availability by leveraging SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, chaos engineering, performance testing, and proactive incident prevention.
Implement automation across deployments, scaling, monitoring, and incident response using Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Collaborate
Work closely with product owners, architects, platform engineers, backend teams, and security teams to build and operate production‑grade systems.
Participate in solution designs, blameless post‑incident reviews, capacity planning, and operational readiness assessments.
Mentor & Share
Guide junior engineers, contribute to engineering forums, and participate in internal tech talks or knowledge‑sharing sessions around DevOps/SRE topics.
