What will you work on? 

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will:

● Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of our globally distributed SaaS platform. 

● Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to maintain 24/7 availability. 

● Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed reliability best practices into the development lifecycle. 

● Drive automation of deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and system health checks. 

● Improve resilience of microservice-based architectures, ensuring fault tolerance and rapid recovery. 

● Establish SLOs/SLIs/SLAs and continuously optimise for better reliability and customer experience. 

What do we expect from you? 

● 2–4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering. 

● Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). 

● Expertise in databases (Oracle RDBMS, MS-SQL, or similar) with experience in scaling and performance tuning. 

● Proficiency in monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, etc.). 

● Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible). 

● Knowledge of microservices architecture, system design, and distributed systems reliability. 

● Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
