Job Description: SnowFlake Data Engineering (SnowFlake, DBT, SQL, Python & DWH)–Technical Lead
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
- At least 3+ Years of hands-on experience with Snowflake (performance tuning, security, warehouse management).
- At least 1+ years of strong experience building modular and maintainable data transformations using DBT.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT Cloud).
- Good in data warehousing concepts
- Monitor and improve data pipeline performance, cost, and reliability.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior data engineers and analysts.
- Ensure data quality through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation practices.
- Establish data engineering standards and contribute to the overall data strategy.
- Nice to have - Experience in Airflow
- Nice to have - Experience in Informatica PowerCenter
- Nice to have - Experience in MS SQL, Oracle
- Understanding on the SDLC.
- Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
- Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
- Should have good oral and written communication.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be proactive and adaptive.
