Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore (Hybrid - 3days per week from one of the office locations)

Employment Type: Full-Time (12 months contract with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop robust integration solutions using TIBCO technologies and SOA principles.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, high-performance systems in AI-driven environments.
• Implement microservices, core Java, and application/internet gateways for optimal software integration.
• Utilize advanced caching techniques, cutting-edge encryption standards, and uphold best practices in security.
• Optimize and support Oracle SQL databases for performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a SOA/Integration Software Engineer with proven expertise in design and development.
• Deep knowledge of TIBCO products:
• EMS 7.x / 8.x
• BW 5.x / 6.x
• ActiveSpaces
• APIX
• Adapters / SDK
• Strong command of core Java programming, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching techniques, encryption standards, microservices, and security protocols.
• Effective troubleshooting skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving mindset.
