Your efforts will play a key role in enhancing student engagement, improving brand visibility, and driving lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity while interacting with current and prospective students
• Monitor page insights and refine strategies based on analytics

YouTube Management & Live Setup

• Set up and manage live sessions for YouTube events, webinars, and virtual interactions
• Optimize video content using YouTube SEO strategies to expand reach and grow subscriber base

SEO & Content Optimization

• Assist in implementing basic SEO strategies to enhance website and video discoverability
• Support keyword research, content planning, and SEO integration across digital platforms

Office Data Analytics & Documentation

• Manage documentation, data entry, and analytics related to client records
• Coordinate with clients for data-related needs and generate analytical reports
• Assist counseling and admissions teams with accurate and up-to-date data management

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

• Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Propose and apply innovative strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and counseling teams on marketing campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming, campaign planning, and performance review sessions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Experience with YouTube live sessions and video SEO
• Strong content writing and communication skills in both Malayalam and English
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines
• A genuine interest in the education sector and supporting student success
