Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the necessary standards and specifications. You will engage with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration. - Strong understanding of network monitoring and management tools. - Experience with configuration management best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solarwinds Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
