About the Role:

As a Software Developer at Lenn Chartered Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our technology-driven financial solutions. Our core products include Lenn BTai, an AI platform for financial analysis and optimization, and Paper Securities, a simulated trading environment. In a small, agile team environment, you'll contribute to enhancing these tools to support debt management, financial education, and client empowerment. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects in fintech, blending software engineering with AI/ML to drive financial literacy and independence for users across India.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain web and AI-based applications, including backend services for Lenn BTai (e.g., machine learning models for predictive analytics, real-time data processing, and adaptive learning algorithms).
2. Build and optimize features for Paper Securities, such as simulated trading interfaces, market data integration, and user dashboards for risk-free strategy testing.
3. Implement secure systems with zero-knowledge encryption, quantum-resistant algorithms, and multi-layer authentication to ensure data privacy and compliance with financial regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines).
4. Collaborate with CFA/CFP-certified analysts and financial planners to translate business requirements into technical solutions, such as personalized debt consolidation calculators or educational interactive modules.
5. Integrate third-party APIs for market data, payment gateways, and analytics tools to enhance platform performance (aiming for 99.9% accuracy and <0.3s response times).
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for scalability, supporting 1000+ active users with 24/7 availability.
7. Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and continuous improvement of our tech stack to support company growth.
8. Stay updated on fintech trends, AI advancements, and security best practices to innovate on financial education and debt management tools.

Other Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (for AI/ML), JavaScript/Node.js (for full-stack development), and SQL/NoSQL databases.

4. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for pattern recognition, predictive analytics, and behavioral analysis.

5. Strong knowledge of web technologies (e.g., React/Vue for frontend, Express/Django for backend) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deployment.

6. Familiarity with security protocols, encryption techniques, and real-time processing systems.

7. Understanding of financial concepts (e.g., debt management, investments) is a plus; willingness to learn from domain experts is essential.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a startup-like environment.

9. Soft skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to handle multi-faceted projects.
