About Service Engineering Team

Service Engineering team is an engineering arm that creates significant impact on the success of Managed Cloud Services LOB, responsible for design, development and building of software solutions to effectively manage MCS customers. We also build new services to drive OCI consumption and works on enhancing customer’s experience. Service engineering constantly improves operations by conducting system analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures for MCS customers.

As part of the Service Engineering team, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to contribute to the Oracle Cloud success every day, working closely with the development partners.

We are looking for an experienced B2C implementation engineer with solution architecture and leadership skills located in Bengaluru, India who will be working on engineering projects. Engineer needs to be self-driven, highly motivated, ability to lead/collaborate cross teams across globe and will be working hands on federal customer environments in collaboration with operations.

Skill set and Clearance

• Solution Architect specializing in SaaS CX products Service Cloud, OFSC, OPA etc
• Implementation expertise in Oracle B2C CX product.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• CI/CD automation:
• CI/CD Tools (OCI DevOps, Jenkins)
• Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/OKE)
• Python for OCI SDK (Automating OCI Tasks)
• OCI CLI & REST APIs (Managing Resources Programmatically)
• Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet,)
• Bash & Shell Scripting
• Experience in complete life cycle of software development including development, testing, installation, configuration, and deployment.
• Scripting & Automation
• Understanding FedRAMP Compliance & Security Frameworks.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Management - Troubleshoot and resolving technical issues related to software systems.
• In depth experience in design and development of software applications, solutions & systems.
  
  

Good to Have

• Cloud & OCI-Specific Skills: Knowledge of OCI IaaS (or any other industry leading IaaS services), PaaS services.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services.
• OCI associate/professional certification.
• Java & Unix Shell Scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Back-end PL/SQL Development.

• 8+ years of hands-on design, development, test automation and implementation of software.
• 2+ years in dev ops.
• Total of 10+ years work experience in software life cycle management.
• Should have experience in guiding and managing small team.
• Work in global development model.
• Ability to take work from defining scope to successful delivery of solutions.
