The Toolbox@IBM Productivity and Collaboration Tools team is seeking a Full stack application developer to support and enhance multiple enterprise Productivity and Collaboration tools used by all of IBM. Create new and support existing custom tools, interfaces, utilities and integrations. Requires knowledge of multiple programming languages/frameworks and applied experience with software development in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. Manage all aspects of the development process, including design, program, testing, and documentation. Work in a collaborative team environment in IBM's CIO organization, following Agile practices and interacting with a global team of IBMers.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 5 years experience in software support.
- 3 years of experience with SMTP, Relay, MS Defernder and mail security/
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and GraphAPIs preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT, application design, business process analysis, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Able to clearly communicate with leadership and colleagues about technical capabilities, limitations, issues, and recommendations.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, independent, and resourceful.
- Able to manage complex technical projects with diverse global stakeholders and detailed, interdependent requirements
- Experience with Agile practices and associated tools
