Overview

Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and data security . Lead and mentor a small tech team Manage IT projects, development timelines, and vendor coordination Work hands-on with PHP/Laravel-based platforms, databases, and APIs Maintain server health, ensure uptime, manage backups, and plan for disaster recovery . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions Tech Stack: Languages & Frameworks: PHP, Laravel, Python, React, WordPress Database & Tools: MySQL, Git Cloud & OS: AWS, Ubuntu/Linux Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in IT project management and/or software development management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on experience managing backend systems, APIs, cloud servers, and development workflows. Prior experience in handling PHP/Laravel platforms and infrastructure management. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification is a plus. Ability to multitask and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
