Design, develop, test, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, web applications, tools etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software system and occasionally suggest improvements to the system.

- You will be a key member of the team in innovating, designing, and developing Digital Learning Platform and infrastructure
- You will participate in the architecture and design of systems, and use modern programming practices (micro-services, database design, etc)
- Monitoring tools like Grafana are added advantage.
- You will be bringing your experience in building, deploying and owning distributed and resilient systems to design simple, scalable, performant and secure architectures
- You will be working closely with other engineers, to share information, experiences and capabilities
- You will be a driver of creating a culture of quality and attention to detail at Oracle
- BS or BTech or MS or MTech degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of total experience in software development
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Specialist skill in a programming language such as JavaScript, PHP and Java, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
- Relational DB, PL SQL, Oracle APEX, Oracle JET are an added advantage.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, Rest APIs, JavaScript libraries and frameworks like React or Angular, Typescript.
- Good grasp of cloud development concepts like micro-services, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud hosts, distributed storage
- Experience with version control/Code-Review tools like Git etc.
- Strong knowledge of software development process (analysis, design, and coding, testing, packaging, maintenance).
- Confident team player, with outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
