Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance modules for PCT Flex, our full-stack manufacturing cloud platform.
• Write clean, object-oriented code in the language you’re best at (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Collaborate with a global team to solve real business problems.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and own the code you write.
• Continuously improve your craft — learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully.

Must-Have Skills

• Solid grasp of programming fundamentals, object-oriented design, and problem-solving.
• Mastery in at least one language — the language doesn't matter, your ability does.
• Grit, focus, and a relentless attitude toward improving your skills and getting things done.

Nice to Have

• Full-stack experience with any programming stack

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is enough.
• We don’t care where you studied — we care about what you can do.
