What You Will Experience In This Position:
- Exercise your full-stack developer skills, with a focus on front-end development.
- Build modern and responsive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and IoT solutions.
- Work in a highly collaborative Agile team environment to deliver industry-leading digital solutions.
- Cultivate a strong DevOps culture, implementing software tests and developing infrastructure as code along with the application code.
- Leverage and develop your leading-edge cloud software skills into Chemelex’s growing digital product portfolio.
- Effectively communicate and present complex technical concepts with peers, team members, as well as non-technical staff and business stakeholders.
- Learn, develop and grow your architectural skills with the support of senior architects in the team.
- Develop mentorship skills by coaching and mentoring junior team members across the entire stack.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team-first culture.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Data Science, or similar.
- Proven experience of 2 years or more in front-end development using Angular.
- Proven experience of 2 years or more in C#, Microservices, and the .NET Framework.
- Proven experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in test automation methodologies and tools, preferably xUnit, Cypress, or Jest.
- Familiarity with OOP concepts, design patterns, SOLID principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud-based web technologies, preferably AWS, will be considered an asset.
- Experience with GraphQL, including designing and implementing APIs, will be considered an asset.
- Experience working in Agile teams and DevOps software development environments will be considered an asset.
- Experience with distributed version control systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) will be considered an asset.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and/or Terraform technologies will be considered an asset.
