About the role

As a Software Developer at FACT Software, you’ll be a key contributor to our Research and Development team. We build best-in-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions used across a wide range of industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business operations and collaboration with a skilled, cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

• Work on complex modules within ongoing software projects
• Apply strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills to real product challenges
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle using modern development methodologies
• Learn and deepen your knowledge of our ERP systems and related products
• Collaborate with experienced developers and receive hands-on training and mentorship to support your growth

Who we’re looking for

We expect the strongest candidates to have:

• 0.5 - 5 years of full time experience as a Software Developer (Front End or Full Stack)
• A critical thinker, quick learner and team player
• Familiarity with Web/MVC architecture, OOPS, Design Patterns and Frameworks and Build tools
• Proficiency in C#, ASP .NET MVC Web Framework, .NET (C#,VB.NET,ASP.NET), .NET Core Framework and RESTful services, versioning tools like Gits and VSS, and SQL Servers
• Knowledge of Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
• Prior experience developing Accounting, ERP, CRM or HRMS applications (preferred)
• Able to write reusable C# libraries and reusable components on Angular (preferred)
• Experience with front-end UI/UX design and development (preferred)

Role details

• Compensation: Compensation will range from ₹2,16,000-6,00,000 annually depending on candidate experience.
• Location: We require candidates to work onsite at our Indian headquarters in Kolkata.
• Start date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, with some flexibility for exceptional candidates.
