About the job:
Key responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
2. Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
3. Ensure websites are optimized for Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS), speed, and SEO compliance.
4. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks such as slow loading, render-blocking scripts, image optimization, and caching issues.
5. Manage WordPress updates, security patches, and backups.
6. Convert Figma/PSD designs into functional WordPress pages.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
8. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM tools.
9. Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing team.
