1. Architect and build the MVP
2. Implement tenant and owner verification flows
3. Implement payment flow
4. Build in app messaging system
5. Ensure product stability and performance
6. Make decisions quickly (speed over perfection)
7. Collaborate directly with the founder
8. Own the entire engineering execution end-to-end

WohnNetz.com is a new Berlin-based startup currently building a modern rental platform for Germany. Our goal is to create a trusted place where verified tenants can connect with verified property owners reducing scams, fake profiles, and time-wasting conversations.
