Responsibilities

• Focus on building and scaling full-stack applications (Django backend + React frontend).
• Actively contribute code (estimated 80–90% of time hands-on coding).
• Collaborate with other developers and teams to deliver features with high quality and speed.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable REST APIs using Python and Django.
• Build intuitive, responsive UI components using React.js.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL database design and optimization.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
  
  

• 1+ years of experience in full-stack development using Python/Django (backend APIs, ORM, performance tuning) and React/JavaScript/TypeScript (component design, state management).
• Strong Problem Solving Skills: You are not just a coder; you have the ability to break down complex problems into efficient technical solutions.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker for setting up local development environments.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues (frontend to backend).
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving product environment.
• Bonus: Exposure to LLM application development or AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3).
