Position: Software Developer

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Core Java, with strong hands-on experience in Java 17 and a solid understanding of its modern features and enhancements.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical application.
• Familiarity with various design patterns and architectural patterns used in enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• In-depth knowledge of concurrency, including multithreading, synchronization, and thread pool management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JDBC, and working with SQL and NoSQL database.
• Basic understanding of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM), including its limitations, performance tuning, and memory management.
• Experience in implementing unit tests and automated testing using tools like JUnit, TestNG, or Mockito.
• Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Good to have

• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, QuickWorks (QW), or similar integration tools.
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of Salesforce and its integration patterns.
• Exposure to programming languages such as Go and Python for scripting or microservices
• Front-end development experience or familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
• Understanding of API gateways, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architecture is a plus.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker,Kubernetes) would be advantageous.

Certifications:

• Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE 17 Developer (OCPJP)
• Spring Professional Certification (by VMware)
• TOGAF Certification (for architectural understanding in larger enterprise roles)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to work independently, with solid time management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Technology-agnostic mindset with the ability to design and implement large-scale, high-volume IT solutions.
