Job Description

As a QA Architect at Oracle, you will be responsible for developing and documenting strategies for testing, executing the strategies and implementing automation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision and leadership capabilities to ensure our products and solutions achieve the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in shaping our products from the early stages of development. You will be expected to become a domain expert and work closely with both product and engineering teams. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring quality to be able to provide clear and concise feedback to our teams.

Desire Skills

In-depth knowledge of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and quality standards.

Mandatory to have excellent knowledge of functional, performance testing in telecom. Plus to have knowledge in audio video conferencing solution and call-flows

Mandatory to have good experience in Java automation , mobile device automation, API Testing - Understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles

Good Experience in test automation/framework development using technologies: Java, Junit, Selenium, REST API automation, Appium , Android test automation , WebRTC test automation

Sound understanding of networking fundamentals, L2/L3 concepts.

Mandatory to have experience in Docker , K8s , CI/CD

Good understanding and working experience in cloud technologies, virtualization, AI technologies and frameworks

Sound understanding of networking fundamentals, Telecom testing experience, Linux knowledge is a plus ( example – SIP Protocol , VoIP, WebRTC, media server)

Agile experience is an added advantage

Self-driven and strong team player

Responsibilities

Define and implement quality assurance strategies, frameworks, and best practices.

Design and implement test plans for AI-driven systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and robustness.

Identify and implement modern QA tools and technologies to optimize testing workflows. Use and contribute to the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process (CI/CD).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication

Identify and address performance bottlenecks and ensure exceptional user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA strategies with business goals.
