About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer – AI to join our growing AI Engineering team in Gurgaon. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates who want to apply their knowledge of machine learning, data science, and software development to real-world problems in the fintech space.

As part of our team, you will contribute to building intelligent systems that improve decision-making, enhance user experience, and bring automation across payments, lending, and fraud detection platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and scope AI-driven solutions in fintech domains.
• Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models using structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI features.
• Support deployment of models into production through APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Monitor model accuracy and performance, and implement retraining strategies when required.
• Document workflows, experiments, and best practices for internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field from IIT.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and applied mathematics.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems through academic projects or internships.
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, and cloud computing concepts (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Effective communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
