Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated Software Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in data solutions to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, building, and implementing innovative software solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

What You Will Do:
Design and develop data-driven applications and solutions based on requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
Test and deploy applications and systems, enhance and maintain existing software.
Participate in code reviews and maintain standard coding practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure process improvements.

What We Look For:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in software development, particularly in data solutions.
Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Understanding of SQL databases and data modeling.
Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile.

Preferred:
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
