About the internship:

At mple.ai, we are building cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that transform how businesses operate. As a young and fast-growing startup, we value curiosity, ownership, and problem-solving. We're looking for passionate engineers who want to learn, grow, and contribute to building real-world AI-driven applications. We are hiring entry-level software engineers who will join us as interns and transition into full-time engineers after a successful probation period. This is an in-office role at Mulund, offering hands-on experience in building scalable applications using the MERN stack along with Python/Flask for AI model inference.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with senior developers to design, build, and maintain MERN-based web applications.
2. Integrate AI models into production systems using Python and Flask.
3. Collaborate with the product team to translate business requirements into technical features.
4. Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
6. Take ownership of small features/modules and deliver them end-to-end.

Stipend:

INR₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Skills required:

JavaScript, MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js and React

Other Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in computer science, IT, or related field.

2. Strong foundation in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js.

3. Working knowledge of Python with exposure to Flask (or Django/FastAPI) for APIs.

4. Basic understanding of REST APIs and database design.

5. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

6. Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

7. Must be comfortable with in-office work at Mulund, Mumbai.

8. Experience deploying MERN apps to Firebase, AWS, or GCP.

9. Exposure to AI/ML libraries or APIs.

10. Previous internship or project experience in web or AI development.
