Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer with a specialization in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying full-stack web applications. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our IIoT solutions, contributing to both front-end user interfaces and back-end services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices.
• Build and maintain efficient, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage and optimize NoSQL databases, primarily MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.
• Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends, particularly within the MERN ecosystem and IIoT domain.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in React.js for building interactive user interfaces, including experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux (or similar state management libraries).
• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Proficient in MongoDB for database design, management, and querying.
• Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of IIoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA) or industrial automation concepts.
• Experience with real-time data processing and visualization.
• Understanding of software testing principles (unit, integration, end-to-end testing).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
