About the Program:

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic freshers to join our Software Development Training Program, where you will receive hands-on experience in full-stack development using React.js (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend). This program is designed to nurture young talent and convert them into industry-ready software developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training modules covering:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• React.js fundamentals and advanced concepts
• Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs
• MongoDB / MySQL database integration
• Version control with Git/GitHub
• Basic deployment and DevOps concepts (optional)
• Work on live projects, tasks, and assignments under senior developers’ guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and technical sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a must.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills:

• Problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Passionate about coding and building real-world applications.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

What You Will Learn:

• Building responsive web interfaces using React.
• Creating backend services and APIs using Node.js & Express.
• Working with databases and RESTful architecture.
• Full-stack project development lifecycle.

Duration & Stipend:

• Duration: 3 to 5 months
• Placement Opportunity: High performers may be offered full-time roles post-training.
