Full-stack development expertise (frontend + backend + DB)
- Deep .NET and SQL Server knowledge, with proficiency in Java and Web technologies
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Web App frameworks, and cloud-native tools
- Strong understanding of DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, pipelines)
- Experience in agile project delivery and DevOps transformation
- Strategic thinking and end-to-end solutioning mindset
- Team leadership, coaching, and performance management
Education, Knowledge & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development
- Minimum 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role
- Prior experience modernizing legacy systems and leading full lifecycle application development
