Overview of The Department:

The Marketing Platforms Management team leads the technology strategy and engineering delivery of marketing campaigns and centralizing of marketing assets.

Here’s just some of what you’ll be doing:
- Taking your place as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices
- Writing code and unit tests, working with API specs and automation
- Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies
- Leading a team of engineers that delivers solutions to businesses worldwide
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Must have competency and proven track record of delivering complex technical projects within a team environment of other engineers, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Adobe AEM Engineer with strong Java/J2EE background.
- At least 5 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 3+ full cycle AEM projects.
- Solid experience in implementing custom Adobe workflows
- Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
- Good experience in Sightly scripting language
- Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM.
- Experience with integrating AEM with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations
- Experience working with creative Web design teams to implement Web designs in AEM: Templating sites for Adobe AEM (CSS, JavaScript, ExtJS, AJAX and HTML)
- Writing custom components in Java for Adobe AEM
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
- Well conversant with version control capabilities like GitHub, Bitbucket.
- Implement the best software practices that produce maintainable code, including usability patterns, code style conformity, integration, unit testing, and code review.
- Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges and articulate solutions
- Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutions
- Deals well with ambiguous/under-defined problems; Ability to think abstractly.
