Job Description
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer – Platform with strong experience in PHP and hands-on expertise in Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Lumen frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable back-end services and robust APIs, maintaining high performance, and ensuring system security and reliability.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Lumen
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure secure data handling
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs
Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate backend services
Manage and optimize MySQL databases; implement caching tools such as Redis or Memcached
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with appropriate unit and integration testing
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and implement best practices
Key Skills Required
Strong experience with PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Lumen
Proficient in REST API development and MySQL optimization
Hands-on experience with Git version control
Solid understanding of web security, scalability, and performance tuning
Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
Experience working in Agile development environments
Good to Have
Knowledge of React.js or Next.js
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms
Exposure to microservices architecture and DevOps practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in backend development
