Job Description
This position is for Support Engineer - HRIS and will be responsible for L1 - Application Support for Workday ,ServiceNow, ICIMS, Cornerstone applications.
Technical support -Business systems, projects and BAU tickets. Assists users with daily requests and troubleshooting. Provides reviews, reports, and other documentation to track performance and determine business requirements. Aids in administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure a functional user experience.
System Testing - Evaluates usability through continuous monitoring, testing, and review of function processes. Identifies discrepancies and inefficiencies and assists in implementing recommended enhancements.
Operational Support - Provides daily support by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to improve the end-user experience. Performs various operational tasks to improve workflow and system functionality for assigned business unit.
Technical Proficiency - Provides knowledge in area of work. Assists in troubleshooting for both internal and external parties. May assist in system, application, or product implementation and development.
