Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead FLEXCUBE 14.x implementation activities, ensuring successful and timely execution.
• Conduct Product Walkthrough (PWT), User Training, Parameter & Product Configuration.
• Perform testing, migration, and deployment of FLEXCUBE modules.
• Collaborate with banking stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Ensure smooth integration of FLEXCUBE with core banking and external systems.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.
• Support onsite and offshore teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation, including configuration details and implementation reports.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in FLEXCUBE 14.x (development, customization, and configuration).
• Experience in implementation, testing, and migration of FLEXCUBE solutions.
• Knowledge of parameterization and product configuration within FLEXCUBE.
• Understanding of core banking processes, modules, and workflows.
• Familiarity with integration of FLEXCUBE with other banking applications.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in onsite-offshore model.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation skills.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
