Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Architect and implement reusable components following best practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure high-fidelity, pixel-perfect implementations.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in both development and production environments.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux, React Query, or Zustand.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance with web standards.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS, Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Strong understanding of React hooks, context API, and component lifecycle methods.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
- Proficiency in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Knowledge of module bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, memoization, and code splitting.
- Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Experience with version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Familiarity with Micro Frontends and component-driven development.
- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and offline-first strategies.
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, Vercel, or Netlify).
