Software Engineer - Full stack

Overview

Role
You'll work as an IC on a client project, building full-stack applications with a frontend focus. The stack is React/Next.js on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend, deployed on Vercel and Nebius Cloud.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain responsive, performant React/Next.js applications
2. Develop and integrate FastAPI backend services
3. Implement clean, reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS
4. Deploy and manage applications on Vercel and Nebius Cloud
5. Set up and maintain analytics and tracking with PostHog
6. Collaborate on UI/UX decisions with stakeholders
7. Write and maintain tests across the stack
8. Participate in code reviews
9. Debug and resolve issues across frontend and backend

Required Skills

1. 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development
2. Strong React and Next.js proficiency
3. JavaScript and TypeScript
4. Tailwind CSS for styling
5. Python and FastAPI
6. Vercel deployment and configuration
7. Nebius Cloud infrastructure
8. PostHog analytics integration
9. Git version control

Good to Have

1. Server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) expertise
2. API design best practices
3. PostgreSQL or other relational databases
4. Authentication systems (NextAuth, JWT)
5. CI/CD pipelines
