Overview
As a Software Engineer, you will:
- Design, update, and optimize dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to provide actionable insights across departments.
- Write and manage SQL queries, ETL scripts, and dataflows to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from CRM systems and external sources.
- Analyze CRM data to track KPIs like conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value, and provide optimization suggestions for campaigns and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with business teams (sales, marketing, support, and data engineering) to gather requirements and align analytics outputs with organizational goals.
- Monitor data pipelines and integrations, troubleshoot data anomalies, and ensure high data quality and integrity across systems.
Skills Required:
- 1+ years of experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
- Ability to translate complex datasets into user-friendly, insightful dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, aggregations, filtering) for data manipulation and reporting.
- Skilled in building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Experience designing or managing ETL pipelines using tools like Talend, Informatica, or native CRM dataflows.
- Familiarity with platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Working knowledge of Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for deeper statistical analysis, predictive modeling (e.g., churn prediction, lead scoring), and automation tasks are preferred
- CRM Analytics Certification (Salesforce or equivalent) is an added advantage
