At TLD, customer service excellence is a top priority. Our unique telemetry platform, LINK, is a cornerstone of our maintenance strategy. LINK enables accurate, reliable, and fast diagnostics with remote feedback loops that fuel continuous improvement.
As a Software Engineer in the Telemetry Engineering Service, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the next generation of diagnostic tools within the LINK platform. Your work will directly support global operations by ensuring that TLD equipment, deployed in airports around the world, is monitored effectively and efficiently.
You will be part of a collaborative international team, reporting to the TLD Group Telemetry Director, and working at the intersection of software, firmware, hardware, service, manufacturing, and quality.

As a Software Engineer in the Telemetry Engineering Service, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the next generation of diagnostic tools within the LINK platform. Your work will directly support global operations by ensuring that TLD equipment, deployed in airports around the world, is monitored effectively and efficiently.
You will be part of a collaborative international team, reporting to the TLD Group Telemetry Director, and working at the intersection of software, firmware, hardware, service, manufacturing, and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the Telemetry Control Room at TLD MAINI to monitor TLD equipment worldwide using the LINK FMS web application and existing dashboards.
- Design and implement new UI dashboards within LINK FMS using its dashboard editor to meet the evolving needs of the control room.
- Develop custom UI components (outside of LINK FMS) to enable advanced data analysis and visualization at scale, focusing on key telemetry data such as diagnostic trouble codes, usage hours, mileage, energy consumption, and battery performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Service teams to investigate and report equipment issues.
- Work closely with the LINK FMS software development team to identify bugs, propose enhancements, and integrate new features.
What You Bring
- B.E/B.Tech (or equivalent) in Computer
- Science.
- Solid knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks, especially JavaScript, ReactJS, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, PHP, C/C++, C#.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis & visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, and Python frameworks for data extraction, processing, analysis (e.g. Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyCaret, XGBoost) and visualization (e.g. Matplotlib, Seaborn, NumPy).
- Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs into web applications; ability to use LINK FMS GraphQL APIs to process telemetry data in custom UI components.
- Strong foundations in software engineering principles, including algorithm analysis, data structures, software design, documentation, and unit testing.
- Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL databases is a plus.
