Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing digital team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for multiple mini web and mobile applications in the retail domain. Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers, you will help shape delightful user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user flows for retail mini applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Ensure design consistency across all mini applications by adhering to established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Conduct basic usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
• Support developers by providing design assets, annotations, and specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, retail user behavior, and competitor interfaces to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience by identifying and addressing pain points.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in web and/or mobile application design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Awareness of motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
