Job Description: We are looking for outstanding and passionate engineers who are skilled in
Golang with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development to join our platform team.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems, building APIs,
and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. The ideal candidate has prior experience in
product-based environments and a strong understanding of scalable backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Go (Golang)
Build RESTful and/or gRPC APIs to power web and mobile applications
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams for feature integration
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems
Troubleshoot production issues and maintain existing systems

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in backend development using Golang
Strong understanding of API development, RESTful services, and data serialization (JSON,
gRPC, etc.)
Experience with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Exposure to containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
Experience in product development teams or startups is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good to Have:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

It is a work-from-office role, based in Bangalore (HSR Layout).
