Job Title: Software Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

Role: L2 Support with Java UI

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer for L2 support to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues in production environments. This includes analyzing logs, metrics, and performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for production systems, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Analyze logs, metrics, and performance data to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with L3 support for escalations when necessary.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks like system health checks and data processing.
Assist in the creation of automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Work closely with development and operations teams for seamless production system integration.
Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues for future reference.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
Suggest and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability and uptime.

Required Skills:

Technical proficiency in Java UI, Python, Oracle, Synapse (Junior to Mid-level), SNOW, and JIRA.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in scripting for automation and system integration.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong documentation and root cause analysis skills.
