Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and technically proficient Software Engineer with strong experience in Java and a keen interest or experience in Golang. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of scalable application development and a drive to build performant, reliable systems for real-time internet or large-scale SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications.
  
• Participate actively in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions.
  
• Lead the adoption of engineering best practices and ensure code quality.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  
• Research and experiment with new technologies to continuously improve product capabilities.
  
• Own the complete system architecture and make key technology and design decisions.
  
• Create technical solutions and architecture for new initiatives and enhance existing systems.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on product development experience.
  
• Strong command of Java (mandatory); Golang experience is a plus.
  
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  
• Experience with web technologies such as Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcache, Redis.
  
• Exposure to building and maintaining high-performance applications catering to large volumes of users is highly desirable.
  

Good to Have:

• Prior experience working on high-traffic, large-scale SaaS platforms.
  
• A proactive mindset and passion for innovation and technology leadership.
