Role & Responsibility:

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of infrastructure and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate across tech, product, and business teams to define and build scalable platform solutions.
• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability across platform systems and services
• Implement automation, CI/CD, and observability best practices to streamline operations.
• Continuously improve deployment workflows, monitoring, and system resilience.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of software development, product development experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript, Django, Go, Reactjs etc), relational databases (PostgresQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc).
• AWS Certified – Must have hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and EKS.
• Solid understanding of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Qualification:

• B.E/BTech in IT or Computer Science
• Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment.

Location: HSR layout in Bangalore (Onsite 5 days a week)
