Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from requirement analysis to post-implementation revisions.
• Utilize Java 21 and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Quarkus to develop scalable applications.
• Implement AI/ML solutions using frameworks like Django and Fast API, with a preference for experience in Agentic AI.
• Design and develop applications using both structured and non-structured databases.
• Manage message brokers like Kafka and Rabbit-MQ for efficient data handling.
• Ensure code quality through tools like Sonar and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect application solutions and lead discussions with cross-functional teams and fintech partners.
• Review and guide the team in writing high-quality Java code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Deliver complex Java projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Java (preferably Java 21)
• Experience with Spring Boot and Quarkus frameworks
• Hands-on knowledge of Go, React, and Angular
• Experience with AI/ML implementation using Django and FastAPI
• Strong understanding of both structured (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle) and non-structured databases (MongoDB, Scylla, Datastore)
• Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ for messaging systems
• Proficient in using Sonar for code quality
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and practices
• Ability to lead application architecture discussions and review code

Nice-to-Have:

• Deeper expertise in MS SQL
• Exposure to Agentic AI
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholder engagements and project delivery cycles

Education: B.Tech in Computer Scienc
