Duties And Responsibilities
- Development/Coding of SW modules required to deliver product deliverables
- To participate in design discussions and decisions
- To test the developed SW modules to maintain quality
- To be part of Agile scrum team as part of SAFe process and commit to the priority tasks
- Debugging the issues and providing bug fixes
- Have understanding of GPON, XGSPON technologies with having working knowledge of ONTs, OLTs, Network protocols and linux
- Participate in discussions along with product owner to understand the product requirements.
- Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Science, or B Tech/BE/MTECH/MS in ECE or in CSE, EEE equivalent education required.
- At least 1-3 years of active experience.
- Proficiency in C, C++
- Development life cycle process understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Good to have knowledge of Networking protocols like DHCP, PPPOE, CFM, ARP, VLANs, TCP/IP etc.
- Understanding of cross functional team dependencies and ability to work with cross functional and cross-cultural teams
- Ability to understand the product goals and ensuring the compliance to product goals.
- Good to have working knowledge on Ethernet, GPON, XGSPON technologies.
- Understanding and reviewing the code and give review comments.
- Debugging the code in case of critical customer issues
- Good self-organization “Self-starter, get things done” mindset.
- Desire and ability to learn.
- Ability to understand the requirements and quickly learn to implement and deliver.
