Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and/or automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and reproduce issues.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar (if automation role).
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Provide clear test progress and defect reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
