• HTML, CSS & Javascript - Proficient with the HTML, CSS with experience in building responsive templates/ components. Good understanding of JavaScript, ES6 and SASS. Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code
• VueJS - Knowledge & Experience with VueJS and proficiency in its core principles such as components, reactivity, state management and the virtual DOM. Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases. Experience in supporting vue3 extension for all components
• Node.js - Demonstrated proficiency in Node.js API and back-end service development, including object-oriented programming, and understanding of security best practices.
• Version control system - Working with a source code system like Git with understanding of processes like branches and merge requests. Working knowledge of webpack /babel/gulp
• RESTful Web Services - Extensive experience, in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful web services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
• Standards - Good understanding of JavaScript, ES6 and SASS. Working experience in JavaScript/Typescript with event-based chaining - Work experience on building npm modules or libraries is good to have.
• RDBMS Proficiency - Skilled in relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including the ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.

Description:

As a Mid Level NodeJS/VueJs Delivery Lead you will oversee one or more delivery teams based in Mumbai, coordinating efforts functionally with the US and European offices. In this role, you’ll work closely with functional leads to deliver desired functionalities on time through your local teams. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders about risks, proactively implementing measures to mitigate them. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for hiring and managing your team’s performance in collaboration with the functional management team.

Design - Analyzing business and product requirements, identifying potential solutions, designing the selected solution, documenting it thoroughly, and effectively communicating the details to stakeholders.

Implementing & Testing - Developing the code based on the solution, building the application, and testing it through unit tests and integration tests.

Supporting & Operationalization - Understand and deploy completed work into integration and production environments, adhering to established build and code merge procedure. Learn and utilize various DevOps tools and processes within the Helios platform, including logging, monitoring, and multi-data center scaling, to enhance system performance and reliability.

Learning & Mentoring - Cultivate a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members on advanced SDLC processes and technical skills. Encourage the adoption of new tools and techniques to keep the team relevant and efficient.

Communication & Collaboration - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members on project status, requirements, and solutions. Regularly update internal tools (e.g., Jira, YouTrack) and collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to align on solution designs that meet product goals.
