About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1 - Design and lead the implementation of new solutions to meet business requirements while maintaining scalability, security, and integration with other systems.
2 - Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business processes, objectives, and best practices.
3 - Lead or collaborate in creating solution blueprints, technical documentation, and high-level architecture designs for Change Request and Priority tickets.
4 - Serve as the functional expert for key SAP/Non-SAP projects providing guidance and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle.
5 - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP and Non-SAP solutions, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
6 - Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring system solutions are aligned with long-term business goals.
7 - Conduct user training sessions, prepare FAQs, manuals, and SOPs, and track service tickets within SLA timelines.
8 - Ensure adherence to procurement policies, assist in audits, generate reports and dashboards, and recommend workflow enhancements.
