We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Javascript Core Java and PL/SQL with a preference for those experienced in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts offering a dynamic work environment to contribute to innovative projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Javascript Core Java and PL/SQL to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software applications that enhance user experience.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues ensuring the stability and performance of software systems.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Implement software enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback and business needs.
- Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Work in a rotational shift model to provide support and ensure system availability.
- Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
- Engage in professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and security in all software applications developed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Possess strong proficiency in Javascript Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Demonstrate experience in Asset and Wealth Management enhancing domain-specific software solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Show adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and manage rotational shifts effectively.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
